To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:


The refund request is made within 90 days of the original purchase date


The request is genuine and not made for upsells, bonuses, or add-on products purchased separately


Reasonable usage or access of the product can be shown, where applicable


3. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS


Certain digital items are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, as these files cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. This includes:


Downloaded template files, design assets, or digital vault content


Order bumps, upsells, or bonus add-ons purchased alongside a main product


Any product explicitly marked as "non-refundable" on its product page


4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

The email address used at checkout


A brief reason for your refund request


Our team will review and refund within 3-5 days.


5. REFUND PROCESSING


Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing time.


Any payment gateway fees or currency conversion charges incurred during the original transaction may be deducted from the refunded amount, where applicable.


6. DECLINED REFUND REQUESTS


We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above, including requests made after the 90-day window, requests for non-refundable items, or requests that show signs of misuse or abuse of this policy.
