If your purchase includes access to a private community, respectful behavior is mandatory at all times. Any misuse, spam, harassment, or disruptive conduct will result in immediate removal from the community without refund.
4. PAYMENTS
All payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment gateways, including Razorpay. Prices may vary based on promotional offers, discounts, bundles, or affiliate codes. By completing a purchase, you agree to the stated price shown at checkout at the time of purchase.
5. ORDER CONFIRMATION & DELIVERY
Since all our products are digital, there is no physical shipping. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased product via email or an instant download/access link. Delivery is typically instant; in rare technical delays, access will be provided within 24 hours.
6. REFUND POLICY
We offer a 90-day refund policy on eligible purchases from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions mentioned on the respective product page. Digital content such as templates, vault files, order bumps, upsells, or add-ons may be non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, as these files cannot be "returned." 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All course materials, videos, templates, training content, and digital files are the intellectual property of Dinoxy. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use them for learning, content creation, and business purposes only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of our content — in original or slightly modified form — without written permission is strictly prohibited.
8. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS
You may not resell, redistribute, or share the purchased templates, courses, or files as-is with third parties, claim our original designs or training material as your own for resale, or upload our raw files to any public marketplace, template site, or repository.
9. USER CONDUCT
